Angel Reyes

We can't say enough good things about the Century 21 Prime Time, Reyes Team, Angel and Luvia. My sister passed away in California, 500 miles from where we live. Because she had no will her home and all her belongings went into probate. We had to come to Calif several times to deal with her property. Thanks to Angel and Luvia the whole ordeal was made as easy as possible. They both dealt with cleanup themselves or made contact with those in the area that could help. We had an estate sale to dispose of my sisters household belongings and Angel and Luvia helped us during those 2 long days. Once the house was ready to put on the market they took care of everything including contacts with the probate attorney to make sure everything was done properly and legally. Because we live so far away, while the house was on the market they checked on it daily including mowing the lawn and any other things that needed to be done. They were always immediately available either by phone, text or email. They were trustworthy and only concerned with helping us sell my sister's house. We would recommend them to anyone who wants an honest hard working realtor.

Luvia was extremely punctual , detailed, and honest with as aspects of purchase. She was amazing in getting everything disclosed upfront and getting selling agent to comply with Lender requests. Also she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with Lender process and helping to navigate and expidite all aspects for first time buyers.
